Are all the rugs originals?
  Dilana rugs are unique. Some are one-off originals, signed by the artist. Others are limited editions of five, ten or twenty. Once an edition is sold, it is never reproduced.
 
Are the colours shown on the Dilana website true?
  We do our best to provide accurate colour through the internet medium. As a backup we provide actual wool colour samples.
 
What fibre are the rugs made from?
  All rugs are finest quality, 100% pure New Zealand wool. They are very hard wearing and are suitable for commercial use in areas of heavy foot traffic, as well as residential interiors (see product specifications).
 
Where are the rugs made?
  All rugs are made by us at our workshop in Christchurch, New Zealand.
 
Can I see colour samples?
  If you order a rug, we send colour samples of all individual wool colours used in your rug for approval before final confirmation. Example.
 
Are they colour fast?
  The rugs are colour fast to the highest possible standards. All our materials meet International Wool Secretariat and Wools of New Zealand test standards.
 
Do the rugs slip on the floor?
  They do not slip on hard floors. However in some cases they may creep on carpet or soft surfaces.
 
What is the best way to clean a rug?
  We recommend you use a dry powder cleaning product only. Liquid cleaners should be used only with professional supervision. For major cleanings, standard carpet cleaning methods carried out by reputable carpet cleaning company are advised
 
What payment methods do you accept?
  We accept Visa and Mastercard. Please send credit card information by phone, fax or email. Payment in full on confirmation of order.
 
How long will delivery take?
  Delivery will take eight to ten weeks from confirmation of order.
 
What arrangements do you make for shipping and insurance?
  In most circumstances we provide a worldwide door-to-door service, including customs clearance and insurance. This does not include payment of customs duties,and local taxes. By air freight, the approximate cost US$55.00 per square metre inclusive of insurance and delivery to most international destinations. Our regular carriers are FEDEX or DHL.
