My name is Hugh Bannerman, director of Dilana Rugs.
 
Dilana has been designing, producing and placing rugs into diverse interiors throughout the world for 20 years. Between 7000 - 10,000 people visit our site each month. My goal is to make your visit personal, informative and enjoyable. Above all I wish to satisfy your rug requirements. You are welcome to browse, and experience our unique collection of contemporary textile artworks. There is no obligation to purchase. Gallery
  Viewing our four on-line galleries is a good starting point. Each gallery exhibits recent works by a specific artist or sometimes a group show. It is possible to view other works by exhibiting artists, held in the stockroom, from the gallery.

  You can search individual artists by name, or visually by selecting example details of designs provided. (See search page for further details.)
 
Activate your favourites list
  Keep track of designs you like. This is a good aid since there are more than 150 designs on this site and it will help identify your design preference.
 
Discussion room / Create a design brief
  We are here to help. Create your own brief, including any relevant information and optional plans or photographs, and then attach your favourites list. Via our discussion room we offer a no obligation service to discuss, advise and meet your specific requirements. This is a secure area accessible only to you, those who you allow, and Dilana staff. We will reply to your submitted design brief promptly (unless the fish are rising!)
 
Purchase and shipping procedure
  Colour Samples: Prior to order confirmation, we supply, for your approval, samples of all individual yarn colours used in the rug. Example.
Payment method: We accept Visa and Mastercard. Credit card information by phone, fax or email.
Terms: Payment in full on confirmation of order.
Shipping: By air, approximate cost US$55.00 per square metre inclusive of insurance and delivery to most international destinations.
Delivery: Eight to ten weeks from confirmation of order.
